Terms and Condition

1. All transaction must be paid in CASH term only.
2. 50% of the remaining price MUST be paid at the end of the ceremony. The remaining 50% must be paid on the delivery date of the complete items.
3. All prices are fixed and non-negotiable. Any changes in pricing will be informed and updated throughly.
4. Any packages must be booked as early as TWO MONTHS before the actual event
5. We will give you an official quotation for the packages that are mentioned above
6. Deposit must be made TWO WEEKS or earlier before the actual event or the scheduele will be automatically CANCELLED
7. In terms of CANCELLATION, all DEPOSIT that are made are NOT REFUNDABLE
8. All events must be covered on the Brunei Muara district only (Tutong, Belait and Temburong are not available) excluding Muara, Sungai Akar, Kampong Air, Lumapas and Kota Batu area (We are sorry for the inconvenience).Important: That also includes if the client are the groom side who reside in non-listed Brunei Muara but his bride is living on the enlisted area.
9. There will be a maximum of  THREE MONTHS delay of the finished products delivery and depending on the packages. Thank you for your patience.

11. We will not be responsible for any damages or lost of our products after the delivery as we will always advice the customer(s) to check the finished products before signing the delivery order
12. Every goods that are delivered and paid are not refundable
